Complaints

The team at Medicine Direct always aim to give you 100% trust and satisfaction when it comes to using our service. Whilst we try to please everyone, we understant that not everyone will be satisfied with the service they have received. If you have a complaint we request that you send this over to our admin team in writing. You can do this by emailing admin@medicinedirect.co.uk, our team will always aim to respond to any queries or discrepancies within 2 working days. If you are unsatisfied by the level of service given to you by Medicine Direct you can submit a formal complaint by contacting the General Pharmaceutical Council

Privacy

Your medical history and previous orders are completely confidential and will only be visible by our team of medical experts. Our Doctors and Pharmacists need to have access to this information to ensure that you are not over ordering particular medication and to see if you are ordering any medication that may interact with another. This information will never be passed on, disclosed or shared to any individual or third party unless obliged to by law.

Returns

We do not accept any returns on medications that have been received by yourself, this is due to health and safety reasons. Our pharmacy is unable to reuse returned medications, if you have unwanted or have not used your medications, please take this to your nearest local pharmacy so they can dispose of this safetly and accordingly. For order cancellations you are able to cancel an order up to the point of dispatch by emailing admin@medicinedirect.co.uk
