Finacea 15% azelaic acid gel is a topical treatment for rosacea and milder forms of acne. It contains the active ingredient azelaic acid, which works to treat acne and rosacea in different ways.
Azelaic acid is a naturally occurring dicarboxylic acid that can help with a number of symptoms caused by acne and rosacea.

Finacea gel warnings
There is not enough evidence to prove either way whether Finacea is affected by other medicines or not. Do not apply any other treatments to your face at the same time as using Finacea gel.
